Report AI content

If a generated design contains inappropriate or unsafe material, email us with “AI content report” in the subject. Include the request time and a description; share a screenshot only if you are comfortable doing so. We review reports and can restrict abusive accounts or content. Do not upload illegal material.

Community content

Use Report on a theme or comment for copyright, harassment or safety concerns. Reports are private. Reporting does not automatically remove content. Only publish wallpapers and assets you have permission to share.

Credits and Microsoft purchases

Checkout is not live during this preview. When available, payments are handled by Microsoft Store. If a purchase does not appear, use Restore purchases in the app before buying again. For refunds, use your Microsoft order history; contact us if your credit balance needs investigation.

Account removal and your information

Contact support from your account email to request account deletion or access to your information. We verify ownership before removing data. Published copies already downloaded by others cannot be recalled. Billing, fraud-prevention and legally required records can remain; encrypted recovery backups expire according to retention. Widgets after restarting

Apply your design once and keep Start with Windows enabled. Closing the Studio keeps widgets running in the tray. Exit stops widgets until the next launch; Reset desktop clears the saved applied theme.
